Shipping

Currently we are shipping only in EU. Over 200 euro is for free.

At the time of checkout, you will be provided with options for shipping. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout.

All international deliveries are subject to the specific duties & taxes of the country they are being shipped to. Such duties & taxes, including VAT, are levied by local customs authorities upon entering the country of destination. We are not responsible for those charges & all purchasers should be aware of their countries regulations, taxes & fees.

Make sure to track your package if it is being held for duties. You are responsible for any of the duties and taxes. Please keep in mind that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

All orders are processed and shipped as fast as humanly possible from the date/time they were placed. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that Capsula items can only be shipped via Ground and that the day the package is shipped from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

We are not responsible for any lost shipments due to lack of duties paid, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or missed delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14 calendar day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
